Immediately After Signing Our Contract
- Up to two (2) hours of planning that can be split up over the weeks leading up to your wedding so that you can get your last-minute questions addressed and tie up any loose ends and identify any gaps in the planning or details that may have been overlooked.
- Vendor recommendations from my preferred vendor list
- Access to Aisle Planner, my collaborative online wedding planning portal
- 25% off all wedding products from Minted
- Ongoing support with weekly check-ins by either phone, text, or email — or all three! — and continues through the wedding day.

Services Prior to the Wedding
60 Days Prior to the Wedding
- All Wedding Management/Day Of Coordinating services begin.
30 to 45 Days Prior to the Wedding
- Venue walk-through of ceremony and reception.
- Preparing and providing individualized timelines for your vendors.
- Preparation of Wedding Day timeline so every minute is accounted for, and you know exactly how the day will flow.
- First of two Wedding Wellness Coaching sessions to ensure that you are managing stress and taking care of yourself physically so that you will show up at your wedding as the best version of yourself — beautiful inside and out.
14 Days Prior to the Wedding
- Second of two Wedding Wellness Coaching sessions — we’re so close to your special day, and I want you to feel your absolute best!
Day Before the Wedding
- Assist the Officiant with/or coordinate the wedding rehearsal.
Wedding Day Coordination
- Onsite management of the wedding day from start to finish (up to 12 hours).
- Provide you with access to my Wedding Day Emergency Kit, which includes mints, tissues, safety pins, bobby pins, and so much more.
- Greet and manage wedding vendors so that you can relax and enjoy the day knowing that all the details are being handled.
- Confirm the venue is set up as planned and make any necessary adjustments.
- Assist with set up of wedding elements (décor, table decorations, place cards, guest books, table numbers, party favors, and more).
- Distribute bouquets to the wedding party and family, and assist with pinning corsages/boutonnieres.
- Work with your photographer to ensure pictures run seamlessly and on time.
- Oversee ushers and/or hostesses with seating and program distribution as well as assist with guest seating.
- Assist in directing and lining up your wedding party for the ceremony and introductions at the reception.
- Cue musicians and entertainment at the ceremony and reception.
- Coordinate the transition between ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.
- Oversee your reception to ensure that it is perfectly executed, just as we planned.
- Remind the Best Man, Maid/Matron of Honor, Parents, and honored guests when it is time to give their speeches.
- Deliver your gratuities to the contracted wedding professionals.
- Ensure that gifts/card box, wedding materials, decorations, and all personal items are collected and returned to you (or whomever you designate).
